Sony Dealer AdKit Terms of Use
Terms of Use: You (Sony authorized Reseller / Distributor/authorized vendor) understand and agree that your use of the Sony Business and Professional Dealer AdKit ("Website") is conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and condition, which are in addition to the terms and conditions contained in the pages linked from the hyperlinks contained in the footer of the Dealer AdKit website home page:
1. You may use the materials provided on the Dealer AdKit website solely for the purpose of marketing and promotion of the products and services represented on such website in furtherance of your obligations under your applicable Sony reseller, distributor or other agreement with Sony. You agree that you will not modify or alter in any way any of the material, content, data or images provided on the Dealer AdKit website other than as expressly permitted on the Dealer AdKit website.
2. You are responsible for compliance with all laws respecting the marketing and promotion of the products/services represented on the Dealer AdKit website, including without limitation, the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 ("CAN-SPAM") pertaining to the sending of commercial emails. CAN-SPAM requires, among other things, that the sender of a commercial email message must include in the email message (i) information in the "from" line and "subject" line that is not deceptive or misleading, (ii) a functioning return address or other Internet-based mechanism to enable the recipient to opt-out of any future communications from the sender at the email address where the message was received (with the sender complying with such requests within 10 business days of receiving it), (iii) a clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement or solicitation, (iv) a valid physical postal address of the sender. Sony may provide email templates for use by our authorized resellers that include statements intended to satisfy certain CAN-SPAM requirements. However, Sony does not warrant that such statements comply with CAN-SPAM or other applicable law(s). Furthermore, the preceding is not intended to constitute legal advice. It is therefore your sole responsibility to ensure that any emails you send which include any materials obtained from the Dealer AdKit website comply with CAN-SPAM and other applicable
law(s).
3. If you use the Sony Business & Professional Dealer AdKit, you are responsible for compliance with the Dealer

4. You agree to defend and indemnify Sony Electronics Inc., its parents and affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, directors and officers from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, damages, losses, fines and expenses (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising from your use or alteration of any materials provided on the Dealer Ad Kit website in a manner which does not comply with applicable law, Dealer Ad Kit Usage Requirements, or in a manner not authorized hereunder.
